Duplicate and Merge Posts is a great plugin that will allow you to duplicate pages on your site, edit them and merge them back to the original. This allows multiple people to be able to edit live posts without messing up the live version of the post.

Defining Shortcodes
Shortcodes are simple text that can be added to posts and pages that can dynamically generate content for your site. Shortcodes give users the ability to generate PHP type code without having to write any code.
Writing posts with shortcodes is similar to writing pseudo-code and this code works a lot like macros.
