Oh…. My…. Goodness…
About halfway through this, I banged my head on my desk. I had completely broken a client’s website about 2 months ago (I’m a newbie:-)), and didn’t know what to do, and even though I had the backups from BackWPUp, I couldn’t figure out how to reinstall them… Yes, I lost about 10 hours worth of work because I didn’t know what I was doing. It took me another 3 hours to get back to where I was, but man, lesson learned…

I really wish I’d watched this and ALL your videos first:-)… hahaha…

Really great explanation of FTP and more importantly showing how to maneuver within the website. The more comfortable a user gets with this, the faster problems will get fixed once they occur.
