Contact Form 7
This is a great free plugin that I currently install on every website that I build for clients. This plugin makes it very easy to create contact forms and other simple forms. I highly recommend this free solution.

Gravity Forms
This is a premium plugin that I definitely endorse. I personally have not used it yet, but it will definitely try it out in the next website that I build.
